What To Expect
The Session
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and will normally last for 1hr.
I do offer a free initial consultation of up to 30 mins. during which time we can talk about your needs and I can get a picture of what might be required to help you. This also gives you the opportunity to decide if we can work together.
How Many Sessions
As each of us is an individual it is not possible to say at the outset exactly how long it will take to find a solution to your problem. However, many issues such as phobias can often be successfully treated in 1 to 2 sessions, deeper rooted problems may take longer but I will give you an idea of how long after talking with you.
How Much?
Initial consultation - free for up to 30 mins
Subsequent sessions - £50 per hour
Smoking cessation - this is different and normally takes approx. 1½ to 2 hours and includes a follow up session
(if required) 1 month later - £125
Hypno-Band Virtual Gastric Band is carried out over 4x1 hour sessions and is a full course of treatment. Cost for this treatment is £300, payable in full after the initial consultation and prior to attending for the first session.
