How I Can Help You Manage Stress And Relax
The good news is that if you are suffering from stress I can help you learn to manage it. Using a mixture of hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), I can teach you to recognise the changes in your body that signify when stress is rising, and give you the tools you need to remove it before it really kicks in. I can help you feel more relaxed and able to deal with situations that you might have previously found stressful, and by doing so reduce or remove the negative side effects of stress so you can learn to use it as a tool rather than let it take over.
